1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made in the ALBINA L online
store. By making a purchase, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1.2. The online store is operated by ALBINA L SIA, registered in Latvia, registration
number LV42103026839, with its registered address at Oskara Kalpaka iela 38B,
Liepāja, Latvija, LV-3405.
1.3. These Terms comply with the laws of the Republic of Latvia and the European
Union, including the Consumer Rights Protection Law and the General Data Protection
Regulation (GDPR).

2. Products and Orders
2.1. All products are available for purchase while in stock.
2.2. We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images; however, minor
differences between the displayed and actual products may occur.
2.3. An order is considered confirmed only after payment is received and a confirmation
email is sent.
2.4. We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following cases:
 The product is out of stock.
 Incorrect pricing or descriptions were provided.
 Fraudulent activity is suspected.

3. Prices and Payment
3.1. All prices are listed in EUR and include value-added tax (VAT), unless otherwise
stated.
3.2. Shipping costs are calculated separately based on the chosen delivery method and
address.
3.3. Payments are accepted via e-banking, Visa, MasterCard or Maestro credit or debit
card, bank transfer.

4. Delivery
4.1. We aim to process and ship orders within 5 business days.
4.2. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the selected delivery
service.
4.3. Delivery timelines are approximate, and we cannot guarantee a specific delivery
date.
4.4. The risk of loss or damage to the product passes to the customer at the time of
delivery to the specified address.

5. Returns and Exchanges
5.1. Due to hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned or exchanged, except in
the following cases:
 The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
 An incorrect product was delivered.
5.2. To request a return or exchange, you must contact us within 14 days from
the date of receiving the product.
5.3. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging
with all tags and hygiene seals intact.
5.4. Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 14 days of receiving the
returned product. Refunds do not include shipping costs unless the item was
defective or incorrectly shipped.

6. Customer Responsibilities
6.1. Customers must provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery address
information when placing an order.
6.2. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the selected product meets their needs
before making a purchase.
6.3. If there are issues with the order, customers must contact us promptly through our
support channels.
